Opening a PR so I have a central place to put notes and TODOs

  • lazy-load clips
  • Show layers to other clients
  • Snap to grid
  • arrow keys for movement
  • preserve alt-scroll
  • re-enable pasting by clicking from clips menu
  • disable clicking on shapes while clips are open
  • Fix moving
  • placing clips while zoomed
  • enable pasting without anything in the clipboard
  • Cleanup code, move clipboard layers out of normal :drawing
