This PR implements
FileSystem::Operations::getCurrentWorkingDirectoryas we discussed privately, which is necessary givenFileDescriptor::openrequires absolute paths. I also wrote a very light-weight test similar to the ones for getExecutablePath and verified the outputs on Windows and Linux (WSL2).
