Bug:who gets affected with a command.

Hello, could you make it so when somebody runs a command the writer of said commands gets affected not the inventor?

I've started this on branch issue41_token-from-hats-not-login, but need #53 newCommand(), first.

branch issue41_token-from-hats-not-login really only had the @dataobject class Token, which is on master now, so deleted the branch; I'll pick this up after #53 newCommand() is sorted out (which could benefit from being tested with #85; both of which after #83 ++ is in).
