Update / Remove self-hosted registry from docs

Seems like an automatically setup self-hosted registry was removed a while ago. So we should either remove mention of a self-hosted registry from the docs or recommend a registry that is easy to setup.

can someone mention what is wrong with the current registry setup, as its really simple to setup. so not sure why there would be issues.

@djsisson what's the current registry setup? There's no registry by default and if you use swarm features you need to setup a registry manually.
