Merging duplicated members scripts

Changes proposed ✍️

• One shot script for merging duplicated members (will be deprecated after we deploy memberIdentities table)
• Merge two members script
• Merge function optimizations so that activities are merged on a db level

• All changes are working locally running crowd.dev's Docker local environment.
