Recent Exercises Tracker

exercism.nvim can now track your recent exercises.
This feature is useful for keeping track of what you've worked on recently, especially if you're juggling multiple exercises across different tracks.

This introduces a new Exercism command for command completion, enhancing the user experience by providing suggestions for available commands.

On top of that it also introduces two new subcommands for opening specific exercises -> Exercism open language exercise-name and Exercism exercise exercise-name
