* incorrect link for RL wget, which started the whole thing
* Formatting not working for many items (numbered lists, some admonitions, etc.) hopefully these have all been fixed (no guarantee)
* try to get all of the commands in back ticks
* replace conjunctions with full words
* Added meta at the top of file, however author is unknown
