Reverting an issue introduced in #137.
When making a call via the native dialer and when the application is killed, we should wake up the application via a
HeadlessJsTaskServiceand not by sending an event.This will break integration with flutter and will be released in a
3.1.0, not a major release as this module is not designed to work with Flutter.
