Need guidance

I've read the docs, and followed the tutorials, but I'm struggling.

I use a single large screen, 4k resolution.

I want a main screen to be 2/3 width on 2/3 height in the center-bottom.
The bottom section can be accordion (with a margin of 400 or 500)

I figured how to get it to do it on the entire screen.

but I want the top 1/3 (or 1/4 - I'll figure toggling that later), to be horizontal tiling.

Anyone have suggestions or examples of how this can be setup?

OK, I think I get the sequence of commands:

I have 5 windows opened.
2 need to be at the top, in tiling mode, 3 at the bottom in accordion mode.

Assuming all 5 windows are opened, and WinA and WinB need to be at the top.

Focus on WinA, move up
Focus on WinB, join-with up
Focus on WinA or WinB (should already be there), layout tiling horizontal
Focus on any other Window (should already be at the bottom), layout accordion horizontal

Resize the partition between top and bottom.

The biggest question that is left, how can this be 'automated'.
I don't really need a full screen window, the largest I'll ever need is 2/3 x 2/3 of the screen.
