Two Bars?

So, I've been playing around with my Kitty config for the past week or so since I downloaded it, and although I really like it, I'm wondering if it would be feasible to try and configure Kitty to have two bars --- one on top and one on bottom. Anyone have any ideas or would that take a whole bunch of reading and remaking code in order to work? It's just an idea I had in passing that I wanted to try since it would make my brain think my terminal was finally complete.
