First step of integrating bootstrap into react-most-wanted.
Purging everything from the bootstrap package that is not needed.
Also an Bootstrap Modal was added as component, and a Themeprovider (without a theme yet) from Bootstrap was also added to the App Container.
In addition a small Modal demo was created aswell. The demo, for the time being, only displays a styleless modal.
