Introduced changes:

• Alphabetically sort tags in tags list
• Remove duplicated code related to transfers
• Users list is now paginated on the server side
• Removed angular completely
• Upgraded to Rails 4.2.7.1
• Removed unnecessary gems. Smaller memory footprint 🎉
