librdkafka v2.11.0 can not build without curl

cmake with `-DWITH_CURL=OFF`

from file: `./generated/config.h`

```

from `src/rdkafka_conf.c`

#ifdef WITH_OAUTHBEARER_OIDC
#include <curl/curl.h>
#endif
```


get error:
```sh

```
