Can stubgen be a valuable feature addition?

I was pretty sure we discussed this before but my search skills failed me and I couldn't find the issue again in the ty repository.

A stubgen is something we'd like to consider in the future, but we first need to finish the basic type checking functionality before we can start expanding scope. So I expect this to be quite far out.

I tried to do an extensive search before posting this thread.

Let the community know if you embark on including this feature, as it can be somewhat implemented in parallel with the basic (surely the scope expansion decision still up to you and team).
