(feature discussion) translate request body values from urlencoded to json and vice versa

Summary

translate application/x-www-urlencoded to application/json and vice versa.

I have a use-case for this, where the upstream will only accept urlencoded and i have no control over that but i'd like my users to be able to submit in json

I propose adding this to request-transformer, which could be implemented as config.translate=true and if the content-type is application/jsonthen its translated to urlencoded and vice versa. If the content-type is multipart then nothing happens.
