Traefik file system update on remote servers overwrites the traefik file system on dokploy server!

If you have some middlewares written in your dokploy server Traefik file system, and modify one remote server's middleware it'll overwrite the dokploy server's! is there a way to prevent that?

Hey this was fixed in this PR #2218 in the v0.24.4

lol it doesn't get updated, all stages go as normal except the version number doesn't change and the update available button still apreas again. just wanted to report in case it is a common issue for everybody, gonna try the manual update.
