I am running v0.107.62 and according to this article there should be such a setting.

Oh, I am sorry, did not see that. I am asking since AdGuard Home is not blocking sponsored google ads by default. Do you have any information about how I can change that?

Depends what affiliate link they use. Could be doubleclick.net.
Could be something else.
